Packaging
Each one of our Tiaras are shipped individually wrapped in plasitic.

Return Policy
Items in their original condition and packaging are able to be returned within 20 days from receipt for an even exchange or refund less a 25% re-stocking fee. If exchanging for an amount less than the return, then the restocking fee will apply to the balance.
If exchanging, there will be another shipping fee. Only one exchange is allowed per order. All items that come back other than in their original condition and original packaging or later than the 20 day return period will be refunded less a 50% re-packaging, correction and/or stock balance charge.
The packaging of the item, must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape. The product must not have any sign of wear. In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or defective, it will be replaced/repaired at no charge (if a refund is requested for it, then the restocking charge will apply.)
If the defective piece is sent back within 10 days, it is in it's original packaging, it has not been worn and we have more in stock, then it will be replaced. Any other instance will be repaired.
Returns which result in customer retention of less than the minimum will incur a 50% restocking fee.
We do not refund freight. If a package is returned without instructions or an exchange request for less than our minimums, it treated as a refund.
